1. Sign up on a Daylight Coach’s page. You need to start here so we know which Coach you are working with
Note: If you don't have a Coach to sign up with, please email us at email@example.com and we can help
2. Download the app and sign into the app with your phone number and two-factor authentication password
3. Record a short video of yourself (~30 seconds) by pressing on the orange [+] button to bring up your phone's camera, or upload a video that is saved to your iPhone
Pro tip: Selecting the 0.5x option will make it so you can take a video of more of your body (you’ll be zoomed out more)
4. Send the video to your Coach. Note: We recommend that you use WiFi while sending videos on Daylight, so that it doesn’t eat into your phone’s 📶 data plan.
5. After you receive the annotated feedback from your Coach, let the Coach know if you have any questions
