By guiding you through balance stabilization training to address any muscular imbalances, I can help rebalance muscles that affect posture or cause pressure on joints. With an 8 year background as a professional dancer, I became a NASM certified personal trainer and have a passion for teaching group fitness. I teach, Barre, Balletone, Bounce, Cardio, HIIT, Strength Endurance, and Pilates Mat to meet each of my clients unique fitness goals. My hope is to leave you feeling strong and upbeat!
