Bryan was the weightlifting coach at Flagship Athletics for three years. During his time there, he taught 100s of people how to snatch and clean and jerk. His experience ranges from working with athletes trying to qualify for the American Open and Nationals, to those touching a barbell for the first time.

Bryan works remotely with athletes to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. When working with a new client, Bryan begins by guiding them through an in-depth assessment. Its purpose is to benchmark the client's current health, find areas that can be immediately improved, and track progress. The evaluation includes an analysis of the client's latest blood panel, their health data, and a series of sport-specific tests. The sports-specific tests are recorded and shared via Daylight's platform.
