Biography

Coach Ken is a distance running coach and a previous member of the US Army World Class Athlete Program. As an athlete, he has run at the high school, collegiate, and post-collegiate level. While still running competitively, he has a great passion for coaching athletes who want to improve and set new personal best times. With his military background and experience from serving as both a combat arms and intelligence officer, he is very analytical and detail oriented. His coaching style and philosophy is athlete centric, so all aspects of the coaching he provides is unique to the individual. He coaches athletes of all ability levels, ranging in distances from the mile up to the marathon.

  • Marathon personal best time of 2:19
  • 14:20 for 5,000m
  • 29:27 for 10,000m
  • 1:05:32 for the half marathon
